The service was friendly. The room was well-kept with a tub and whirlpool in the bathroom. The staff was well-trained. The breakfast was marvelous and exceptional. The location in Augusta was great, near a coffee shop, a movie theater, and the airport.

The hotel is beautifully kept and newly decorated, just as described. The room was spacious and equipped with a safe, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The food selection was great, and everything tasted good.

Convenient Location 📍

This place is situated close to various shops and restaurants, which was handy when attending a church conference from January 25-27. Plus, having Jimmy Johns just one mile away was perfect for grabbing quick bites.

Friendly staff here, they'll even give you a wake-up call and let you use the iron for free. 🌞 There are plenty of delicious breakfast options to choose from, so you won't leave hungry.

The location here is stunning and exceptionally nice with a usable plug and perfect, immaculate rooms along with a jacuzzi tub for guests.

I had a pleasant stay at Doubletree. The lobby was welcoming and the glass-sided elevator provided a unique touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My room, although small, was clean and comfortable. The convenient Starbuck's near the restaurant was a bonus. The hotel also had room service available all day, although the phone line was a bit unresponsive. Despite a minor issue with the size of the room and bathroom, overall, I had a satisfactory experience. I would recommend this hotel.

I was told I could not use my rewards card because I booked through a third party.

The staff was friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues that arose. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the food in the restaurant was excellent, providing a satisfying dining experience.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. the room was not baby-friendly, lacking a fridge and microwave which are common amenities in other hotels.

Our 2-night stay here was amazing! The service was top-notch and the location couldn't have been better. The breakfast was delicious and the check-in process was a breeze. 🌟

We absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. They were all incredibly helpful and polite. The front desk attendants greeted us with big smiles and made us feel welcome. They even answered all our questions. The hotel facilities were great too. Our room was spacious, except for the tiny bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the cookies they gave us. The hotel was also clean, which is always a plus.
